Hard to find a quad room in such accessible location.

Property is just right above myeongdong subway station which we find it very convenient for us to get around. This is our 2nd time returning back to this hotel.

Sadly no beautiful view for quad room. Window is facing a wall.

Nice hotel in myeongdong

booked the Princess room and for a korean hotel, its considered big.

The front desk guy not very friendly. I have stayed many hotels and this is the only hotel that will not help to book taxi to places of interest, he said only to airport he will help! I stayed L7 hotel which is next door and they are so helpful. Taxi drivers in seoul will not want to take u anywhere, even by showing address in korean text so if hotel can help in this way it will be super helpful.

The location is perfect - an entrance to Myeong-dong station is literally in front of the hotel and the airport limousine bus is 75m down the street. The room was comfortable (though I could hear neighbours being loud in the next room - that's on them) and the staff were incredibly patient with me and my late-arriving bag. The laundry in the basement is a huge help as well.

Wifi is extremely slow and laggy at night, even fairly late, which made it hard to get work done. The breakfast is appreciated, but identical every day and only "ok" at best. Better off going to a nearby coffee shop or the in-house 7-Eleven.

it was so hot in the room. I understand it’s winter but the room ac cannot be turned on. if turned on it’s a heater blowing. the window cannot be opened. I literally left the door wide open at night cause the hallway was WAY cooler then the room.
